Job Description

Join the organizational CCOE team responsible for leading the cloud transformation process and shaping the organization's cloud strategy.

Responsible for coordinating and managing Agile work processes within a large-scale Cloud project, including collaboration with technology teams, headquarters staff, and government offices.

Manage sprints and Program Increments (PI), prioritize tasks, track delivery progress, and ensure project goals and timelines are met.

Identify and remove blockers to ensure continuous progress of tasks and workflows.

Responsible for achieving project objectives across professional, technological, operational, and budgetary aspects.

Prepare work plans, manage schedules and resources to meet project objectives.

Work closely with development companies, infrastructure teams, development teams, and business stakeholders.

Support planning, readiness, implementation, operations, and optimization processes in cloud environments.

Hands-on use of ALM tools and Azure DevOps for task management and monitoring.

Prepare status reports, present ongoing project updates, and report to management.

Support decision-making through technical understanding and analysis of requirements/specifications.

Job Requirements

Relevant education

More than 2 years of experience managing IT and technology projects

Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Experience working with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or Monday.com

Familiarity and experience working in Cloud environments

Proven ability to prepare summary reports and management presentations

Strong ability to drive initiatives, coordinate work across multiple interfaces, and work independently
