The Role
We are looking for a driven and analytical CRM Growth Manager to take full ownership of our post-acquisition user lifecycle. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a clear mandate: grow retention, maximize lifetime value, and deepen engagement across our global user base.
You will architect and scale our global CRM infrastructure, design and execute multi-channel lifecycle programs, and bring a data-first mindset to every decision. Key Responsibilities
1. Lifecycle Strategy & Automation
• Own the Post-Acquisition Journey: Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows across Email, Push, and In-App channels to drive activation, engagement, and retention.
• CRM Architecture: Establish a scalable, global CRM infrastructure that supports personalized communication at every stage of the user lifecycle.
• Campaign Execution: Develop and launch targeted lifecycle campaigns — from onboarding sequences to re-engagement and win-back flows.
2. Segmentation & Personalization
• Customer Personas: Build and maintain data-driven customer segments and personas to enable hyper-targeted, contextually relevant messaging.
• Behavioral Triggers: Leverage behavioral data and product signals to design trigger-based communication strategies that feel timely and personal.
• Localization: Adapt global campaigns for regional relevance, ensuring messaging resonates across key markets.
3. Analytics & Optimization
• A/B Testing: Continuously run structured experiments across channels, copy, timing, and segmentation to improve campaign performance.
• KPI Ownership: Define, track, and report on core CRM metrics including Retention Rate, LTV, MAU, open rates, and conversion rates.
• Data & Insights: Translate CRM performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the broader marketing and product teams.
Who You Are
• The CRM Specialist: You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing, with a strong grasp of automation platforms (Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar).
• The Analytical Thinker: You are highly data-driven and comfortable working with performance dashboards, segmentation logic, and A/B test results. You make decisions based on evidence.
• The Self-Starter: You take ownership without being asked, operate with a startup mindset, and are comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• The Communicator: You understand how to craft messaging that converts, and you know how tone, timing, and channel selection affect outcomes.
• The Team Player: You collaborate effectively across Product, Data, and Marketing to align lifecycle programs with broader company goals.
Qualifications
• Must-Have: 2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing roles.
• Must-Have: Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or equivalent).
• Must-Have: Native or fluent Hebrew and strong professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong Advantage: Background in a B2C mobile app, travel tech, or high-velocity subscription business.
• Strong Advantage: Experience with mobile push and in-app messaging at scale.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, data literacy, and strong project management and prioritization skills.
