Art Monetization Lead

Moon Active is one of the world’s fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We are looking for a strategic and highly organized Art Monetization Lead to bridge the gap between our Product Monetization teams and our Global Art production. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative lifecycle of monetization assets—from high-level conceptualization and briefing to final technical QA and implementation. The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional who understands Product Strategy as well as Art Production.

Requirements: 5+ years in a Lead or Senior role within Art Production, Design Operations, or Creative Product Management (preferably in the Mobile Gaming industry). A strong eye for UI/UX design and visual hierarchy, combined with an understanding of monetization mechanics. Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Figma and Generative AI platforms. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical art requirements to non-artists and translate business goals effectively to creative teams.
