Position Overview

Diagnose faults and perform repairs on equipment and systems

Conduct functionality testing, calibration, and quality control procedures

Prepare equipment for delivery, including hardware and software testing

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic, computer, and communication systems

Document maintenance activities, repairs, and technical issues in company systems

Work in accordance with quality assurance and safety procedures

Collaborate closely with service, support, and field teams

Manage basic inventory of equipment, spare parts, and components

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities

Requirements

Technical background and ability to work with electronic, computer, or communication equipment - required

Previous experience in a technical, laboratory, service, or maintenance role - an advantage

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail

Basic computer literacy and proficiency with standard office applications

Willingness to learn and develop professionally
