A fast-growing tech startup in the Sharon area is looking for a Procurement Specialist to take ownership of the full procurement and inventory flow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end procurement and purchase orders

• Managing local and international suppliers and vendors

• Inventory, stock control, and warehouse operations

• Working with ERP systems and BOMs

• Managing imports, customs, and logistics processes

• Cross-functional work with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing company

✔️ Experience with ERP systems and inventory management

✔️ Knowledge of imports/customs processes

✔️ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

✔️ Hebrew & English proficiency

✔️ Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive approach

Advantage:

• Experience in electronics / hardware environments

• Startup experience

• Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain background
