AI & GenAI Lead

We are looking for an experienced AI & GenAI Lead to join our Analytics department in a strategic and hands-on role, leading the development of innovative AI solutions in a cutting-edge technological environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions based on LLMs

• Build end-to-end RAG Pipelines, AI Agents, and Generative AI solutions

• Work with Vertex AI and GCP Services in Production environments

• Develop and manage AI/ML processes on top of Dataiku

• Establish and lead MLOps processes and Machine Learning Lifecycle methodologies

• Collaborate closely with analytics teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into smart AI solutions

• Lead AI use cases from ideation through production deployment

• Integrate AI solutions across Cloud and On-Prem environments

• Evaluate and introduce new AI technologies into the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / GenAI domains

• Hands-on experience with GCP and Vertex AI – Must

• Experience working with Dataiku – Must

• Proven experience developing LLM-based solutions

• Experience building RAG Architectures and AI Agents

• Experience deploying AI solutions into Production environments

• Experience working in both Cloud and On-Prem environments

• Ability to lead a professional domain end-to-end independently

• Strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders and internal customers – significant advantage
