Finance Manager

We are a small, growing company operating in the industrial and international trade sector, with manufacturing, import/export, and trading activities, generating approximately 100M NIS in annual revenue and employing 15-20 people. The organization is compact and highly dynamic, with strong involvement of team members across all areas of daily operations.

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will take full ownership of the company’s financial function, in a role that combines responsibilities of Controller, Finance Manager, and de facto CFO given the company’s scale. The role includes full responsibility for financial reporting, cash flow management, ongoing work with banks, suppliers, and customers in Israel and abroad, as well as overall ownership of the finance function.

Beyond technical accounting capabilities, the role requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to deeply understand the business and generate meaningful insights that support decision-making. This is a highly hands-on role with direct involvement in day-to-day operations and close work with data and systems.

Must Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Proven experience in finance/accounting roles

Experience in industrial, trading, or inventory-based companies

Additional Requirements

Experience in small to mid-sized organizations with multiple stakeholders

Strong independence and full ownership mindset

High business understanding and analytical capabilities

Ability to work in a dynamic environment where processes are still being built

Advantage for candidates with non-corporate backgrounds
