Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled molecular biologist to join our Innovation Team as a Junior Researcher. This role involves leading cutting-edge projects in a variety of fields including molecular biology, plant physiology, and tissue culture, focusing on developing innovative solutions in plant sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading projects involving advanced molecular techniques.
Design and conduct long-term experiments, utilizing the latest scientific literature to integrate existing data and insights.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across different scientific and technical disciplines.
Analyze data, prepare scientific reports, and present findings at internal and external meetings.
Requirements:
M.Sc. with industry experience leading research projects, or a recent PhD
