Our mission is to democratize expert knowledge by matching users with the right expert in seconds and delivering real-time, actionable solutions.<br>The Role: Marketing Partner / CMO (Co&#x2011;Founder)<br>We are seeking a marketing partner to join the founding team as a co&#x2011;founder. This is not an employee role, you will be a strategic partner owning the entire marketing function and receiving equity as compensation. You will lead brand, growth, and product marketing as we scale from early product/market fit to category leadership.<br>Key responsibilities<br><ul><li>Define and execute the global marketing roadmap and brand strategy.</li><li>Build and scale user acquisition for both experts and clients via performance marketing, SEO, and viral growth loops.</li><li>Lead product marketing: craft the AI matchmaking narrative and optimize user journeys to improve conversion.</li><li>Establish brand voice and positioning that resonates with independent professionals and enterprise buyers.</li><li>Identify market opportunities and inform go&#x2011;to&#x2011;market strategy.<br></li></ul>Ideal profile<br><ul><li>Founder mindset: previous leadership in marketing (CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth) at startups or marketplaces.</li><li>Strategic and tactical: skilled at long&#x2011;term brand building and short&#x2011;term growth experiments.</li><li>Comfortable with AI products and modern MarTech stacks; data&#x2011;driven decision maker.</li><li>Entrepreneurial, ownership mentality; thrives in ambiguity.</li><li>Strong communicator who can translate complex AI value into clear messaging.</li><li>Fluent in English; global market focus.<br></li></ul>Compensation<br><ul><li>Equity-only partnership: meaningful equity stake as a co&#x2011;founder/partner. No salary at present.
